5. Please take extra care of your personal belongings while on the tour, every country you travel to is prone to thefts and bag snatching. The company will not be liable for any loss of belongings/baggage.

The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers.
7. There are no refunds for any services i.e., meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour
8. In case of any cancellation or reschedules of our Domestic or International Flight during the travel period, travellers are advised to bear the expenses during that time by their own.
9. Airline / room upgrades and complimentary are not included unless specifically mentioned.
10. Standard hotel check in time is at 15:00 hrs & check out is at 11:00 hrs. Early check in or late checkout is not included and is subject to availability. In case the same is required it will be at an additional cost.
11. In case of non-availability of rooms at the hotels mentioned, we shall provide you alternate hotels of similar category.
12. Prices are subject to change with any increase in the costs.
13. Passport must be valid for minimum 06 months from the date of return to India with sufficient blank pages
14. As a travel house/ Tour operator, the company doesn’t have any control over Airline/railways/Coach companies, shipping companies or any other facilities provide by the third parties
